DESCRIPTION

The Sky Dry Metro 180 is a wall-mounted folding clothesline that is 1800mm wide with up to 15 lines of drying space. Ideal for households of 1 to 4 people. Choose from three depth configurations to match your space.

Available in 3 Colorbond colours. Suitable for masonry wall mounting. Can be paired with a ground mount kit for post installation.

WHY IT'S PERFECT FOR YOU

If you have a masonry wall and want real drying capacity without a permanent obstruction in the yard, the Metro 180 is the right size for 1 to 4 people. At 1800mm wide, it gives you 10 to 15 lines and 18 to 27m of drying space depending on the arm depth you choose — enough to handle a full household load.

The whole unit folds flush against the wall in seconds, so when you're not drying, you're not looking at a clothesline either. It's made in Ingleburn, NSW from powder-coated steel and comes in Monument, Woodland Grey and Surfmist — three Colorbond colours suited to most home exteriors.

Choose from a 900mm, 1200mm or 1500mm arm depth to suit your available space. If you don't have a suitable masonry wall, the Sky Dry Ground Mount Kit is available separately and lets you install it on a freestanding post in soil, grass or concrete.

Frequently Asked Questions

Got questions? We’ve got answers!

How much drying space does the Sky Dry Metro 180 have?

It depends on the arm depth you choose. The 900mm arm gives 10 lines and 18m. The 1200mm arm gives 13 lines and 23.4m. The 1500mm arm gives 15 lines and 27m.

What wall type does the Metro 180 need to be installed on?

Sky Dry wall-mounted clotheslines must be installed on masonry walls — brick or rendered brick. If you don't have a suitable wall, the Sky Dry Ground Mount Kit (sold separately) lets you install it on a freestanding post instead.

Does the Metro 180 fold away when not in use?

Yes. The arms fold completely flat against the mounting panel so the clothesline sits flush against the wall when not in use. It only takes a few seconds to open or close.

What colours does the Metro 180 come in?

The Metro 180 is available in three colours: Monument, Woodland Grey and Surfmist.

What warranty does the Sky Dry Metro 180 come with?

The steel frame carries an 11-year structural warranty. The cord carries a 1-year warranty.
