Shipping Policy

Hardware Shop Express is a 100% Australian-owned online hardware store. All orders ship from our warehouse at 3 Merryvale Road, Minto NSW 2566.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to every Australian state and territory: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, WA and NT. We do not currently ship internationally.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the size of your order.

Who delivers my order?

We use two trusted Australian carriers, chosen by the size and weight of your order:

  • Australia Post for smaller and lighter parcels
  • Direct Freight Express for larger and heavier items, such as rotary clotheslines, mobile clotheslines and letterboxes

If your order contains a mix of small and large items, it may be sent with both carriers and arrive in separate deliveries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery state. You'll always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Delivery instructions

You can add delivery instructions at checkout, for example where to leave your parcel or access details for your property.

My order arrived damaged or is missing items

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns and our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
